Welcome to term 2

Hi everyone,
Okay are you ready for another term of exciting new cards and techniques? I certainly hope so. Jenny, Robby and myself have been working really hard to come up with these classes and I'm sure there is something for everyone. Prices are still the same $15 with ALL materials supplied.
This Saturday the 9th May - Jenny has this fantastic value for money class - 5 cards with the hints and tips on how to get the MOST out of your pattern papers. The card are gorgeous. So book today and get a head start on those birthdays that are piling up, well mine are!!!
Thank you everyone for being patient and understanding. I have been very busy lately, I taught at two camps over in New Zealand in March and now I'm getting ready to teach in Brisbane in June, it has been very exciting and I feel very honoured and blessed to be asked at these events.
Robby helping me immensely with getting organised in the shop and it will all get done I'm sure.
Here is the picture showing part one of Jenny's class - Getting the most out of your pattern papers!! enjoy.

MARKET DAY Sat 28th March
Hi everyone,
Yes I'm holding another Market Day, these are so popular. It's not too late to book a stall, cost $5 and you'll need to bring a table. Cost nothing to have a look!
Details are:
Saturday 28th March
Time 10am till 1pm
Place: 28 Parnell Avenue, Quakers Hill NSW
I have also advertised this in my local papers, so we should get even more people!!
I will be providing tea/coffee, cool drink and biscuits on the day. This would be a great opportunity for the Stampin' Up! ladies out there to sell off the discontinued sets, to make room for all the new ones.
Don't miss out, see you there.
Cheers
BTW I will catching up with post very soon, I have been over in New Zealand teaching at two Stamp Camps, will tell you all about! Take care

Cardmaking, Stamping & Papercraft is now in COLES!!

Hi everyone,
I'm a tad excited as the cardmaking magazine that I'm very passionate about and that I luckily work as the technical editor on, is on sale in Coles stores this issue 14-8!!! YEAH. I got some poor lady walking past to take a photo of a very excitable me holding the magazine. I think most of the people in the store walked pass, smiled or giggled, one woman said "you must be very proud" she had no idea!!
Anyway back to Stampabit and what's happening in store. I shall post a photo of Jenny's Dimensional Butterfly class soon and we also have my first technique class coming up this Saturday (chalk popping technique), we will have more info on this very soon.
Sorry for the lack of correspondence, and lack of links for the Newsletter and Workshops schedule. I'm trying to get organised for my classes over in New Zealand soon! what an exciting year!!
Cheers for now

Quick card with Faux linen technique

Hi everyone,
Here's a quick card I made for my father-in-law. I did the faux linen technique for the background and then stamped Stamp-It lighthouse stamp over the top, very easy.
Hope you're all having a good day and keeping out of the heat! we're having temperatures of 44 degrees celsius here HOT HOT HOT. Got to love air-conditioning!

T-bag gift box set

Hi everyone,
I actually made six cards and this little number over the weekend Yeah! Pity the weekend is over, I was on a roll.
The decorated t-bag is the make and take for next Saturday the 7th Feb. Don't forget the make and takes are free!! I then proceeded to make a little box for them to sit in, then wrapped cellophane around it, and had the flower dangles hanging out the top. I think these would make a great gifts for friends who like tea!!
The stamp is a Hero Arts flower from the CL 230 Live Simply set.
Hope you like it. I will be posting more cards soon I promise, some I can't share as they're for the magazine, sorry he he.
Thanks for looking
Jane
